The breathtaking beauty and peaceful tranquility of Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula is reflected through its sandy beaches, archipelago of beautiful green islands, superb scenery and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy all these many pleasures while staying in one of our 14 rental units. We have 11 two bedroom cabins, 2 three bedroom cabins, and a 1600sq ft- two story chalet. Each cabin has a color TV w/cable, bathroom with shower, hot and cold running water, oil or gas heat, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and automatic coffee maker. All pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils are furnished. We also provide a picnic table and charcoal grill for outdoor dining for each cabin. Only bed linens are provided, so please remember to bring your own paper products and towels while staying at Hills Point Resort.

  New, two- story, chalet has approximately 1600 square feet. It includes 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining area, full sized kitchen, and huge deck. There is one queen bed, two doubles, two twin beds, and two sleeper sofas, providing sleeping for 8 or more. It also comes completely furnished and has a dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer (you provide the soap). The waterfront location and the extra large windows provide a relaxing view of the water. A deposit of $150 per 3BR/2BR cabin week is required. A deposit of $300 per chalet week is required.

  We rent a paddleboat, kayaks, fishing boats with or without motors, 16'-18' sport boats with 50 - 120 hp motors,  a 24' pontoon with a 50 hp motor, and a 20' pontoon with a 30 hp motor. We rent 28 floatation dock slips from 18-30' to handle anything from jet skis to boats of 30' or longer, and one double slip that is 52 ft long. We also rent a boat house and 10 crib docks.
