Cabin Rentals

Cabins 1-10 and the Owner's Cabin are all directly on the waterfront! Cabin 11 is settled just outside the wooded area behind cabins 1-10; and waterfront is just a quick jaunt across the path and onto our private beach!

Cabins 2-10 are all 2 bedroom cabins. Cabin #1 is a 3 bedroom cabin with all the same amenities as cabins 2-10, but with one extra bedroom and a little extra space. Please be sure to clarify if you would like to rent this cabin.

* Only bed linens are provided, so please remember to bring your own paper products and towels while staying at Hills Point.

Cabin Rental Rates

Our peak season for 2017 is June 22nd - August 26th. During peak season we only allow for weekly (Saturday - Saturday) cabin rentals. Off peak season rentals is a three day minimum or an additional $50 cleaning fee may be applied for 1-2 night stays. 
$250 due to hold reservation balance due two weeks before arrival full refund 60 days in advance.
